Flip & Write

El presente paquete de trabajo pretende identificar buenas prácticas en la enseñanza superior para promover las competencias de escritura mediante el uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación. Mientras que este proyecto proporcionará nuevas herramientas para apoyar las competencias de escritura digital individuales y colaborativas más allá de las disciplinas, es importante identificar buenas prácticas para apoyar cómo la escritura digital puede tomar forma en un sector o disciplina específica.
Los objetivos específicos de este paquete de trabajo son: i) proporcionar ejemplos de competencias de escritura en entornos ricos en tecnología para cada sector disciplinar principal (humanidades, ciencias sociales, ciencias naturales, ciencias formales, ciencias aplicadas); ii) fomentar el intercambio de prácticas y colaboraciones en la enseñanza de la educación superior entre colegas de distintas universidades; iii) identificar aspectos desatendidos de la escritura digital y orientar la reflexión.

The Writing LAB

El objetivo de este paquete de trabajo es crear un entorno de aprendizaje digital para poner en marcha un laboratorio de escritura para aprender y reflexionar. En particular, proporcionaremos formación sobre cómo escribir síntesis argumentativas. Se trata de una tarea en la que los estudiantes escriben a partir de fuentes contradictorias que abordan un mismo tema con el fin de argumentar su posición personal sobre el mismo. Los temas controvertidos que afectan a nuestra sociedad pueden encontrarse en la mayoría de los dominios del conocimiento, como la energía nuclear o los alimentos transgénicos, y cualquier ciudadano puede argumentar sobre ellos. Además, los materiales del Laboratorio se complementarán con una aportación tecnológica innovadora: una herramienta de seguimiento del uso que el alumnado hace de la formación impartida. Esta información será analizada para extraer patrones de los estudiantes e inferir formas de mejorar la intervención educativa. Además del Laboratorio virtual, se celebrará un taller de formación semipresencial en la Universidad de Cantabria.

Collaborative writing

Este paquete de trabajo tiene como objetivo mejorar la destreza de la escritura colaborativa. Los estudiantes se enfrentan a menudo a la petición de colaborar en documentos mutuos y necesitan estrategias para lograr una responsabilidad igualitaria y compartida. Para ello, se visualizará el proceso de edición de las parejas de estudiantes mientras trabajan en una tarea de escritura global.
